RC CALCIFIX

RC CALCIFIX is a premium binder based on natural hydraulic lime from Saint-Astier, specially developed for the production of durable and environmentally friendly floor screeds. Combining traditional building techniques with modern performance, this lime binder offers an excellent alternative to cement-based systems. RC CALCIFIX produces a screed with high compressive and flexural strength, outstanding wear resistance, and excellent breathability that contributes to a healthy indoor climate. In addition, its production results in a significantly lower carbon footprint compared to conventional binders, making it ideal for both sustainable new-build and renovation projects.

RC CALCIFIX is perfectly suited for floor screeds in situations where moisture-regulating, salt-regulating and vapour-permeable properties are essential. The product can be used in historical buildings and restoration projects, but also offers major benefits in modern constructions where sustainability and comfort are key. Furthermore, RC CALCIFIX can be used in combination with ecological floor insulation systems, such as hemp-lime, creating a fully breathable floor system.

With ± 250 kg of RC CALCIFIX, an average of 1 m³ of screed can be produced.
