PARLUMIERE CLAIR
Lime-based restoration undercoat
PARLUMIÈRE CLAIR is a white-coloured undercoat for façade restoration, composed of hydraulic and aerial lime, light aggregates, sand, and organic additives (<0.3%). Its low elastic modulus and high aerial lime content provide excellent flexibility, ensuring adhesion to fragile substrates and optimising masonry moulding. Compliant with NF EN 998-1 and NF DTU 26.1, it is intended for professional use.
The product is used to repair and level historical and new walls, suitable for delicate masonry such as stone, brick, raw earth, adobe, hemp concrete, and weak lime mortars. PARLUMIÈRE CLAIR can be applied manually or mechanically and dries rapidly, allowing finishing layers after 3 days. It can be customised on site with local sand or natural colouring earths.
This product is suitable for:
- Historical masonry in stone or brick
- Raw earth, adobe, bauge, torchis constructions
- Hemp concrete and hemp blocks
- Masonry built with weak mortar
- New masonry in concrete, brick, and fired clay blocks (NF DTU 20.1)
- Natural white colour
- Low elastic modulus, high flexibility
- Rapid drying: recoatable after 3 days
- Compatible with fragile substrates
- Low consumption: 1.5 kg/m² per mm
- Manual or machine application
- Customisable with sand or natural pigments
- High porosity: > 35 %
- Highly vapour-permeable: μ ≤ 10
- Suitable for historical and viticultural environments (Label Excell Plus)
