👌 Unique in Belgium! A 100% recyclable screed made from Saint-Astier natural hydraulic lime (NHL), recycled sand, and natural aggregates. Applied for the first time in Belgium using a screed pump truck, in a private home located in Maasmechelen. The future of the recyclable and circular building process, with full respect for the environment!

After an extensive testing phase, the screed was applied for the first time in a private home in Maasmechelen. The work was carried out by Carro-Bel Group, using recycled sand supplied by Bioterra. This first pilot project served as the foundation for further optimisation of the composition and application process. For more information, be sure to check the LinkedIn message.

A subsequent project took place at TISM, Baron de Taxislaan 4, 3960 Bree. The cement-free screed was also used again in 't Centrum of Kamp C.
