Sevens Mill Bocholt

The historic Sevens Mill in Bocholt, built in 1891, is a unique stone tower mill and the only ground-sailer type mill in Limburg. For the renovation of this monumental heritage mill, premium Saint-Astier lime products were primarily used. The project was expertly carried out by contractor Jordens JP from Leopoldsburg.

The mortar joints were restored using natural hydraulic lime Chaux Pure Tradi 100 (NHL 5), while the exterior plastering was completed with the strong base coat Chausable. Finishing coats included EcoMortar Finish EF 020 and EcoMortar R100, ensuring a durable, breathable, and historically respectful restoration that perfectly preserves the unique character of the Sevens Mill.
