RC NHL GROUT

RC NHL GROUT is a 100% natural injection grout based on Saint-Astier® NHL 5, a natural hydraulic lime compliant with EN 459-1. This lime-based injection grout contains no cement, pozzolans, blast furnace slag, fly ash or other hydraulic binders. The product has been specially developed for the filling of cracks and voids in masonry, with a focus on compatibility with historic building materials.

Thanks to its pure NHL 5 formulation, RC NHL GROUT combines very high vapour permeability with good flowability and gradual strength development, making it ideal for restoration projects where material compatibility is essential.

‍Applications of RC NHL GROUT

RC NHL GROUT is used for the restoration and consolidation of historic and heritage masonry, such as old façades, churches, castles and listed buildings. The grout is suitable for the injection of cracks, fractures and cavities in walls, the anchoring of masonry and the strengthening of foundations, columns, vaults and arches.

Thanks to its low density and excellent penetration, the grout penetrates deeply into the masonry without damaging the existing substrate.

RC NHL GROUT is therefore the preferred solution for contractors, restoration specialists and architects working with historic stone, brick, tuff stone and mixed masonry throughout Belgium and heritage restoration projects.
