PARLUMIERE STH
Restorative base plaster for heritage walls
PARLUMIERE STH is a lightweight, water-repellent, and salt-buffering base plaster designed for the restoration of masonry affected by salts, nitrate, or moisture. It consists of air lime combined with a specific salt-resistant binder and mineral fillers with controlled granulometry. The open structure slows rising damp and promotes rapid evaporation of residual moisture.
It is suitable for use on historic masonry, including rubble stone, brickwork, and poor durable mortars according to DTU 26.1. Existing plaster must be removed and surfaces dry-cleaned before application. PARLUMIERE STH can be applied manually or mechanically, with a minimum plaster thickness of 20 mm. After curing, surfaces can be finished with heritage decorative plasters or left bare, depending on restoration requirements.
