To support this ambition, we are looking for a Technical Sales Advisor for the Antwerp – Flemish Brabant – Limburg region.

Your role

As a Technical Sales Advisor, you are the face of Reynchemie within your region. You build long-term relationships with professional clients, mainly contractors and distributors, and to a lesser extent architects.

You combine technical advice with commercial drive. Your role goes beyond traditional sales: you support clients throughout their projects, help identify suitable solutions and ensure professional follow-up at every stage.

More specifically, you will:

  • Provide technical advice on products, applications and solutions.
  • Actively engage in prospecting and further develop your network after your onboarding period.
  • Follow up requests, quotations, samples and project files accurately.
  • Continuously expand your knowledge of the product range and new applications.
  • Report directly to the Commercial Director.
  • Work independently within your region, organise your own schedule and receive support from an experienced internal team.

Your profile

You have experience in a B2B commercial role within a construction-related environment and feel comfortable in a position where technical expertise and sales come together.

In addition, you recognise yourself in the following:

  • You have an affinity with construction materials, renovation, restoration or technical solutions.
  • You work independently, take ownership and are strong in follow-up.
  • You communicate fluently in Dutch.
  • You are familiar with digital tools such as Microsoft Office; experience with CRM software is an advantage.
  • Ideally, you are based centrally within the Antwerp – Mechelen – Leuven region.
  • You hold a bachelor’s degree or have equivalent experience.
