Villa Sint-Andries

In Hogeweg in Sint-Andries, Bruges, a detached villa in a rural style has been carefully renovated. The property, distinguished by its warm architecture and partial timber framing, reflects a strong sense of craftsmanship and authenticity. The façade works were carried out by Inovar from Bruges, a driven and energetic company that places strong emphasis on the finishing touch.

For this project, the façade was first thoroughly cleaned and prepared using RC OS 2. The entire façade was then finished with RC Kalei in the standard colour, enhancing the villa’s rural character. The brick plinth was intentionally left exposed to maintain a natural and robust appearance. Both the limewashed façade and the brick base were subsequently treated with RC Hydrocreme 4, a breathable water-repellent solution that provides long-lasting protection against moisture penetration while preserving vapour permeability.
