Villa Dentergem

In Dentergem, an authentic rural villa has been carefully renovated. The property, defined by its timeless architecture and peaceful countryside setting, retains its original charm. The façade works were carried out by Gevelrenovatie Geert Viaene bvba, a specialist in façade restoration and traditional finishing techniques.

Following a thorough cleaning of the walls, selected areas were finished with RC Kalei (uncoloured), a traditional lime-based coating made from natural hydraulic lime (NHL 3.5). The façade was then painted with RC Siloxcoat, a breathable and water-repellent coating that provides a uniform finish and long-lasting protection against weathering.
