Tower of the Saint Sebastian Guild of Bruges

In the Carmerstraat in Bruges, the hexagonal turret of the Sint-Sebastiaans Guild, the archers’ guild of Saint Sebastian, underwent expert interior restoration. The works were carried out by Ambacht by Gipsconstruct, specialists in traditional craftsmanship and heritage restoration.

The circular interior walls of the turret were carefully coated with RC Kalei, a high-quality lime render based on natural hydraulic lime (NHL 3.5) from Saint-Astier, combined with mineral fillers. Being cement-free, the render closely follows centuries-old techniques, guaranteeing a traditional and durable finish for historical interiors and facades.
