description

In Roeselare, the characterful building La Sposa, a detached semi-detached former director’s residence with a late neoclassical influence, has undergone a careful façade renovation. Designed in 1932 by architect Alfons Van Coillie, the property is a fine example of interwar architecture. The façade works were carried out by Reworkx from Roeselare in collaboration with Supreno from Oekene, both specialists in façade renovation and restoration.

To refresh the rendered cornice façade, RC Nautil Mono in colour P1 was selected. This decorative natural stone micromortar is based on natural hydraulic lime (NHL 3.5) and provides an even, mineral finish with the appearance of natural stone. RC Nautil Mono is cement-free, breathable and particularly suitable for refurbishment and restoration of façades, natural stone, brickwork and architectural details.
