RC ACRYPLAST
Modified SBR polymer for cement- and lime-based mortars
RC ACRYPLAST is a water-based polymer dispersion based on modified styrene-butadiene (SBR), developed as an additive for cement- and lime-based mortars, concrete and other mineral mixtures. The SBR polymer improves the adhesion, mechanical strength, abrasion resistance, flexibility and workability of mortars and concrete. RC ACRYPLAST also reduces capillary water absorption and increases resistance to water penetration and freeze/thaw cycles.
RC ACRYPLAST is suitable for construction and renovation applications, as well as concrete repair and waterproofing. The product can be used in cement- and lime-based mortars, bonding coats, repair mortars, jointing mortars and waterproof mortar systems. By improving adhesion and water resistance, RC ACRYPLAST is particularly suitable for applications where a durable and moisture-resistant mortar is required.
Applications:
RC ACRYPLAST is used as an additive in cement- and lime-based mortars and concrete, including concrete repair, repair mortars, bonding coats and bonding bridges, jointing mortars and water-resistant or waterproof mortars. It is suitable for applications in basements, pits, reservoirs and other moisture-exposed structures, as well as general construction and renovation work where improved adhesion, mechanical strength, flexibility and durability of the mortar are required.
