RC 111

RC 111 is a solvent-based, water-clear curing compound designed for the after-treatment of freshly placed concrete floors. The product reduces water loss during the early stages of cement hydration and prevents premature drying of the concrete. This allows the cement to hydrate properly, contributing to improved strength development and a more durable final surface. After application, RC 111 forms a thin vapor-retarding film that protects the concrete against atmospheric influences such as wind, sun, and high temperatures. The product is suitable for both standard and colored industrial concrete floors.

Application

RC 111 is used as a curing compound for freshly finished concrete floors, particularly in industrial and logistics environments. The product is applied evenly immediately after the so-called bleeding water has evaporated from the concrete surface. By forming a protective film, evaporation of mixing water is significantly reduced, helping to prevent shrinkage cracking, dusting, and insufficient strength development. RC 111 can be used on concrete floors in warehouses, production halls, parking structures, and other heavily used industrial surfaces.
